Common pricing questions

Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. Changes prorate to the day. If you cancel, your workspace switches to read-only mode so you never lose data.
What counts as a "tracked engineer"?
Any contributor who has been assigned a ticket or opened a PR in your connected workspaces in the last 30 days. Bots, deactivated accounts, and ex-employees don't count toward your seat limit.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you roughly 17% on every plan. The Annual toggle above shows the discounted rate. We also offer additional volume discounts on the Scale plan for larger orgs, talk to sales.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
No surprise charge. Your workspace switches to read-only mode, you keep your account and historical data but active features (alerts, reports, heatmap) pause until you pick a plan.
Can I add more engineers to my current plan?
Yes. Both paid plans have headroom, Team covers up to 25, Scale is unlimited. If you grow past your tier mid-cycle, we email you before any plan change kicks in. No silent upgrades.
Do you offer educational, non-profit, or open-source pricing?
Yes. Verified non-profits, accredited universities, and open-source maintainer orgs get the Team plan free. Email community@superpm.dev with proof and we'll set you up.
